Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfied I bought this lip balm a few weeks ago and it has not worked, but dried my lips out more. My lips are more dry than before and burn as well. Im greatly unsatisfied with this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dried out my lips My mom included this in my stocking. I like burts bees lip balm but this stuff is terrible. Buy the Original lip balm.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Great I have been newly introduced to Burt's Bees Lip Balm. In store, I had to choose between the ultra conditioning and the original choices of Burt's Bees. I decided to purchase the ultra conditioning option because I thought it would help my severely dry lips. However, the lip balm resulted in oily skin that provided little relief for the first five minutes. Afterwards, my lips felt dry and chapped again. I ended up going back to the store and purchasing another pack of the original Burt's Bees Lip Balm with beeswax. This pack was significantly better than the ultra conditioning pack. Although I am satisfied with the original Burt's Bees Lip Balm with beeswax and peppermint, I feel like I have wasted money purchasing the ultra conditioning lip balm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deceptively terrible As others have said, Burts's reputation falls apart inside this tube of unfulfilled promises. How much more moisturizing does "not chapped" need to be? Purchase their more reliable staple and avoid this nonsense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply The Best! I use the Ultra conditioning Lip Balm with Kokum Butter regularly. It is a softer lip balm that truly conditions one’s lips and leaves them feeling so good. I no longer have dry, peeling lips. I use it alone and under lipstick. Without a doubt, my favorite!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Balm Out There I 100% do not get the bad reviews! I used the other BBs and liked them, particularly the Honey, but tried this one because it say Ultra Conditioning and OMG!! it's so soft, and silky, like butter! not greasy at all, Its all i use now, i literally have at least 5 on hand at all times, i have car bb, pocket bb, night stand bb, purse bb, make up bag bb, coffee table bb! I have to have my BURTS BEES!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go to lip balm I think this is my favorite lip balm because it actually works, is not fragranced or flavored, and feels great. I spend a lot of time in cold environments and it keeps me feeing comfortable when especially chapped. I even put a little on my face if I feel dry on the go .great for summer and winter alike. I like it better than the original beeswax personally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Bought this one day when I was desperate for hydration and relief. You know, one of those winter days where your lips are gross, dry, flaking and burning . I'd tried all sorts of drugstore chapsticks... Anyways I put this on and I swear it was magic! My lips are 95% healed the following day. To all the people who say this is to oily and does not absorb... Well it is oily if you put to much. I'd say use it at bed time if you really need healing. During the day one layer on the bottom lip is enough. Thank you Burt's Bees for an amazing product at a great cost that actually works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Opposite of ultra moisture Saw the Kokomo butter lip balm in the store and thought I’d give it a try since it’s claims to be ultra moisturizing. Unfortunately the lip balm has this weird effect ok making my lips feel like paper even as it sits on my lips. It creates a papery feel on my upper lip that started the day after I started using it. And that papery skin on my lip never peels or exfoliates in the shower. It’s very weird. I used an argan oil lip balm before this and that was much better. Not buying this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1st Burt's Bee Purchase...very disappointed It has been recommended that I try Burt's Bee products as I am looking for natural body care. I purchased the double pack of the Ultra Conditioning balm, but sadly I experienced my lips drying out even faster than ever. Initially you feel like you get the moisture, but after a few minutes that turns into a thin greasy layer sitting on chapped lips. I have been using this for a few days now, but I am going to have discontinue use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicate skin in the desert I had moved to the desert last year and I walked to and from work, and my skin struggled to adjust to the arid environment. It was hard to keep my lips moisturized between talking so much at my job and generally struggling to stay reasonably hydrated. I ended up having to move back to the midwest. I still talk a lot at my job. When I first bought it, I wasn't crazy about the greasy texture, but it was relatively expensive for a lip balm, so I was going to use it. Surprise! BAM POW! Cracking and peeling begone!! I didn't have to use it constantly like most average lip balms, which is a massive bonus, because I don't want to lick it off, so usually my sleeves are saturated in wiped off lip balm (I don't always have a tissue when my lips need attention). I find massive peeling is natural when my skin feels better. After a couple hours using this product, any cracks have healed and won't bleed anymore, and my skin peels in almost scary big chunks. But if I keep my skin from getting that damaged, there isn't any peeling. I'm not saying your peeling is going to feel good during or after, or that it is good. I was devastated when I thought I'd lost my current tube, and really frustrated when I couldn't remember what it was. Thank goodness I found it! I don't want to diminish the reviews that say this product doesn't work, everyone's skin is different. Mine is very sensitive and responds very well to this product. You may very well not have the same experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Lip Balm I use this at night just before I go to bed. Upon awakening each morning, there is plenty of the product still on my lips. This is the best lip balm I have used.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very oily, just sits on lips and doesn't make them hydrated. It also doesn't last more than 20 minutes... Really disappointed and basically defeats the purpose of being "Ultra Conditioning"

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced, Greasy Mess this balm does absolutely nothing for my lips. I find myself applying it several times a day just to feel like my lips are moisturized which is very annoying and defeats the purpose of something that's supposed to be "ultra conditioning". My lips are still chapped and dry after several days of using this balm. to top it off, it's more expensive than the other balms but works worse than any of them. this stuff just sits on my lips, I've gotten no relief using it whatsoever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I just bought this today and already had to wipe it off. It’s extremely greasy and sits on the lips and doesn’t moisturize at all. My lips in fact feel more chapped than before. I’m surprised because Burts Bees always has great products but this is one I do not recommend at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not receive Kokum Butter...... This is the second time ordering multiple 2pcks of Kokum Butter lip balm, still just getting the ultra conditioning lip balm! Very dissatisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do BEWARE Bought this chapstick a week ago. Few days later I noticed I was having the worst chapped, cracked lips of my life. Kept reapplying and reapplying. Realized the chapstick was the problem. Tossed it and bought carmex, now my lips are feeling a lot better. This is a pathetic excuse for a chapstick. DO NOT BUY!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate Life Saver For years I've been struggling to find a chapstick that's not only moisturizing, but also doesn't have a strong fragrance. This chapstick is the only chapstick I've completely used all the way to the end. It's been amazingly hydrating for my lips and it'll be a staple piece in my makeup bag for a while! You don't have to have many application swipes to really feel the impact that it has on your lips. My lips have always been dry in the Southern California heat and this chapstick is such a life saver! I'd recommend it to everyone if I could.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best Bought this product today, and was excited to try it, since my Beeswax with Vitamin E and Peppermint balm finally ran out. Unfortunately, I am disappointed. The texture is a bit unexpected when compared to other Burt's Bees lip products I've used. It seems to have a drying rather than conditioning effect on my lips. It also, quite honestly, smells of furniture polish. So, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular product, but do wholeheartedly recommend the others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very disappointed with my purchase. Do not like the oily feeling on my lips and you constantly have to reapply making it last half as long as burt’s bees products usually do. Disappointed with this product as i usually love this company. Product feels cheaply made and does the opposite as advertised to do

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading Advertising My Lips have been very dry during this very hot summer. After trying numerous lip balms without relief I tried pure vaseline (petroleum jelly). Nothing worked so I tried Burt's Bees and it almost killed my lips!!! Worst feeling of dryness ever. Lips felt like they were sunburnt and started stripping!!. Does not work for everybody.....be careful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I love Chapstick. Or at least I used to. I had a cracked lip that would not heal despite my constant use of another product. I used this for 24 hrs and what a difference! Not waxy but not to oily either. No funky taste. Most importantly, IT WORKS!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't Reccoment It constantly comes off so you always have to reapply. And regular Burt's Bees chapstick moisturizes better than this. It feels like putting water on your lips. It was the worst Burt's Bees product I have ever used. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Rated 2 out of 5 by from oily I love Burt's Bees, but i absolutely hate this lip balm. The description says it's supposed to not have the waxy texture, which it doesn't, but instead leaves an oily feeling that I personally don't like. From the short period of time that I used it, it did leave my lips smooth, but the texture is so discomforting to me that I much rather use a different Burt's Bees lip balm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I absolutely love Burt's Bees original lip balm, so I went ahead and purchased a two-pack of this one, only to find that it is absolutely terrible. It smells very bad and does nothing for my lips -- it is so thin I need to reapply constantly. Very disappointing, especially from a brand I like very much.
