Rated 2 out of 5 by Haps from Where’s the color in Red Dahlia? I recently purchased this Tinted Lip Balm in Red Dahlia and was sorely disappointed. The texture is lovely but the product (or at least the one I ended up with) has almost no pigmentation. I was hoping to use this as a lighter version of lipstick but it’s more like a colorless gloss at best.

The formula is so light, but feels extremely hydrating, and I love the subtle tint that it has. It’s a “your lips but better” vibe for sure. Application was smooth as silk and the texture is very buttery, but not sticky. The pigmentation is just right. I love this and will definitely be buying more.

The tint is actually much more opaque than I had expected- it’s closer to lipstick than a regular tinted balm, so it’s super pretty. I also like to apply to my cheeks for a flush.
