I like the darker shades because it shows more color. The lighter colors don’t show up as well - just a slight shade. The price is a good value. Packaging is durable.

To make it darker, I like to use it on top of (or under) my Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in Plum, the darkest shade of Lip Shimmer. It's pretty, too, with another Lip Shimmer color: Fig.
