Rated 2 out of 5 by from not the best product is not good on its own for removing makeup, not sure how i feel about it’s ability to get anything off my face. it takes 3-4 cycles of wash/rinse/repeat to get a full face of makeup off and there was still foundation residue being wiped onto my towel when i was done. product doesn’t lather, it has the consistency of cream and feels like you’re wiping lotion on your face rather than cleaning it. the moisturizer that is part of this line does almost nothing for the skin either, i almost feel like the product sits on top of your skin rather than soaking into it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite cleanser It doesn’t cause me any problems—no bad reaction, no dryness. I’ve never before found a cleanser that I can use in the shower, and I can use this. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this cleanser! I love Burt’s products! This cleanser has worked really good for my skin. It is super gentle and doesn’t make my rosacea flair up. I also love that the products don’t have harsh scents to them and really to use on my skin.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Please Bring Back the Hydrating Cleanser When the hydrating cleanser was discontinued, the website recommended the sensitive facial cleanser in its place. It is not even near comparable. It does not remove all my makeup without scrubbing with a face cloth; it does not rinse off easily. Please bring back the deep hydration line!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I didn't think Burt's I didn't think Burt's Bees sensitive facial cleanser with cotton extract was that great. It's soap free and fragrance free. I have sensitive skin and it didn't break me out but that was probably about the only good thing. It didn't lather and made my face feel greasy and unclean. Sensitive Skin Facial Cleanser

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This cleanser is a This cleanser is a really good, light, daily cleanser for sensitive skin. It's super gentle and I use it every day. This is perfect if you just want something simple to clean your face and it won't irritate your skin. I would definitely recommend this to people who want something simple.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused dry cracking skin I wanted to start using burts bees facial cleansers as I recently found out Cetaphil wasn’t cruelty free. I bought two bottles of the burts bees sensitive skin cleanser in hopes it would be a good cruelty free alternative for me, an only after a couple days I have gotten a few dry cracking patches on my face, around my eyes. I’ve had reactions like that to facial cleansers before so I tried the sensitive skin in hopes it would prevent that, but no. I only checked the reviews after my purchase where I saw others making the same complaint but I stupidly ignored them and kept using the cleanser, only to get dry cracking skin a day or two after using it. Would not recommend for sensitive skin, and I’m so disappointed I might have to use cetaphil again.
