Rated 1 out of 5 by from My face is burning I figured I’d try a new face mask and always though Burt’s bees was clean and pretty natural and soothing products. This mask made my face really burn even after taking it off after exactly 5 mins like the package said, my face feels so hot and burning.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Its gonna be a NO for me. Never tried any Burt’s product except for the chapstick. Decided to try this hydrating mask based on it claims that it’s 99% natural. I applied after my shower I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t one of those messy mask to put on. So far so good. No joke after 30 seconds I could feel a tingle, after 2 min it went to a full blown burning sensation. Thank goodness it’s a 5 min mask! I quickly took it off my cheeks were red as well as my nose and chin. Left a sticky residue behind. I applied this mask on at 6am and it is now 10:39am. Overall this mask did not make my skin feel smooth like other hydrating mask I’ve tried. The burning feel went away after 30 min and the redness after an hour and a half. This is NOT for sensitive skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I only got one eye mask! I opened the package and there was on only one in there. Pretty disappointed. Only problem I’ve ever had with Burt’s bees!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I bought this to give it a try and was very confused when I opened the package and there was just oil at the bottom, no under eye sheets or patches.. I read other reviews and people were saying they received two under eye sheets. Not worth $4 for single use when you don't even get the full product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Should there be two pieces of the mask? I gave this product a try today and there was only one patch in the package. I read the package incase I missed something but I'm still a bit confused. I think I'll pass on the patches/masks for now and stick with their make up line At least one eye will look fabulous haha

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only got 1 eye mask Was very disappointed to find only one eye mask in the package. Seems like I’m not the only one. Fortunately, rotating between eyes provided enough oil. Feels nice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Irritated my skin I was upset to wake up with red puffy raw undereyes the day after I used these. When I put them on, they felt good so I didn't think anything bad was happening. I had an allergic reaction of course, nobody's fault, but a gentler product would still be better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these! I have used one pair every day for two weeks. My eyes stay swollen because I do not sleep well and it’s hereditary. My eyes are less puffy than usual. I also thought I got one mask but just fold it. There is two. They are stuck together. I love these and I’m looking for new ones to try.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Refreshing I thought there was only one strip at first too but they were just stuck together you have to really peel the 2 apart. I felt they were very refreshing and my skin felt really soft.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confused? I was looking forward to trying this, but when I opened it, I only received one eye sheet, not 2. Not sure if I'm missing something, but the directions don't state there is only 1, it says to place eye masks under eyes?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only came with one eye mask I opened it and there was only one eye mask in there! Someone needs to be on quality control as I expect more from this company. I read reviews that this has happened to a good number of peopleM

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made me break out in milla under my eyes If tour reading this I do NOT recommend this product as it made me break put in little bumps all over my eyes. inside the package it literally feels as if the dipped two peices of sandpaper in oil and threw it in that. don't waste your money and don't risk your skin.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I only got one too I was so confused when I opened my package and there was only one mask (for one eye). I tried to peel the mask apart thinking I must be missing something. I ended up cutting the mask in half so I could wear it under both eyes. I liked the product but don’t know I’d buy again-seems too risky given all the similar reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh my goodness! :) I had never used a sheet mask before and was gifted this particular mask! I couldn't be more thrilled and have never felt strongly enough about a product to review it, but the effects of this mask were amazing. I followed the instructions and didn't rinse or wash off. I think that is probably a big key. :) I had been having trouble with dry, flaky skin on the bridge of my nose. It was gone after I used the mask! I am almost a week out from using this mask, and it is STILL gone! I will be adding this to my regular skincare routing. Thank you Burt Bee's. I've been using your products on my babies and now I will be getting more for myself. :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My face is on fire I've tried the Purifying mask, and that had a burning sensation at first, but my skin was okay after, so I assumed the hydrating mask would be more gentle. I assumed wrong. There was only a slight tingle with the mask and no irritation throughout the day, but then I woke up to a severe allergic reaction on my face that almost look like burns. My cheeks are literally swollen and my face feels like it's on fire. The only place that seems to not be affected is my forehead, where the mask dried out within a minute of putting it on my face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! These eye masks are great. I have very dry skin and these really plumped up my under eye area. Very moisturizing. I will most definitely buy again. Some folks are saying there was only one in the package. I thought that at first, but these are very think patches. You just have to work with them a bit to get them apart. Easy to apply and stay in place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good eye mask I think the real issue with these are that they are not traditional eye masks. These are extremely thin, stuck together (so it seems like only one eye mask is in the package) and i really mean super thin cotton strips. They do not stick on your eyes they just kind of sit there under your eyes. I do find it rejuvenating and it really helped plump my under eye.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great formula nourishes tired strained eyes These are the best eye patches I've found so far to revive tired, strained skin and eyes. The oils are nourishing and penetrating without feeling greasy - feels like I am getting a vitamin boost under my eyes. Much preferred to other highly scented products or goopy serum/gel patches. I was initially put off by the waffled papery texture of the patch, but the results totally make up for this! I wish these came in multi-packs at a reduced price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't stay on my face I thought this face mask would be a great purchase since I love burts bees products but I was very disappointed when it wouldn't even stay on. All the edges kept peeling away as soon as I spread them onto my face. It was very annoying since any other facemasks I've tried have been just fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I bought two packages of these eye masks for a spa night. The first package included two whereas the second package only included one eye mask. It was incredibly disappointing to not be able to get the full experience as the package was defective, especially since my friend (who had two) had such great things to say about it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More like a serum than a mask I can only use these at night because of how much oil stays on my skin afterwards. It takes a while to soak in, but once it does, the fine lines around my eyes are less noticeable and my skin feels plumper. I agree with the other users who say that the masks themselves aren't the best- they're basically just oily sheets of paper. The product on them does seem to work, however. To all the people complaining that they only got one- They're just stuck together!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Red & burning face I had this on for about 5 seconds until I felt my face get hot and feel like it was burning! So I decided to take it off and rinse the residue off with water, and when I looked up, my entire face was bright red. Thankfully I removed it quick enough so that my face was red for only a couple minutes. This product is not for sensitive skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Burt’s Bees Eye Masks Pros: 99.9% natural ingredients, pleasant smell, hydrating Cons: paper like feel Recommendations: I would like a more gel-like pad similar to other brands because they can be popped in the refridgerator and chilled before which are more refreshing and decrease puffiness. However, the paper ones don’t give this effect, nor do they sit on the face as comfortably.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great eye mask I thought like most that only one mask! But I pulled it apart! I think maybe should be said on packaging! It is calming and soothing for eyes! Awesome!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was expecting better from Burt’s Bees I love all BB products so when I came across their sheet masks I was ecstatic to try them. I bought one of each different one. I decided to try this hydrating mask first as my skin has been very dried out and dull looking lately. First, upon opening the packaging and sheet mask it was really difficult for me to unfold the mask and the material it’s made out of seems to be easy to rip so as I was carefully trying to unfold the mask it did too a little. But nothing major i was still able to apply this mask to my face and have no issues. My whole reason for using sheet masks is to avoid the mess that come with the application of other masks so I was really disappointed that this sheet mask dripped all over the place and at just under 5 min the mask began to slip off my face as the material it’s made from started to dry up after transferring the he essence to my face . All in all this sheet mask was a disappointing purchase for me shd now after reading the reviews of the other masks I purchased I am almost opting to just return them and then spend the money on my usual go to sheet masks instead. :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fail Did not like these at all. These eye masks are just two extremely oily pieces of papery material. They come free floating in the package and are stuck together so it looks like just one mask is in there. You have to peel them apart. The oil is moisturizing, but it gets all over the place. As someone with oily skin, that's the opposite of what I want. It's fine for the dry area around my eyes, but I feel like it will cause breakouts anywhere else. These don't feel refreshing like other eye masks on there. You know what they remind me of? Imagine blotting the grease off of a pizza with a napkin and then ripping two pieces of napkin off and putting them under your eyes. Burts Bees, you need to go back to the drawing board on these. Eye masks are supposed to be gel based so you can put them in the fridge top get a nice cooling effect. As a matter of fact, ya'll should make one with aloe, cucumber, green tea, and witch hazel. All those ingredients are moisturizing and tightening to reduce puffiness. Make sure to give me some type of repayment if you use my ideas please.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Enough Serum This sheet mask honestly does not even compare to the k-beauty sheet masks that started this trend. There is hardly enough serum to even get it to stick to your face, and the mask is very oddly shaped. After about 60 seconds the mask dried out so much that it was not adhering to my skin at all, and felt kind of like draping a slightly damp paper towel over my face. Next time I will just go back to ordering the real thing from Soko Glam.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only One The packet only had one eye mask. For one eye! and I have two eyes. The material of the mask was so stiff that it kept peeling up. Soaking cotton pads in rosehip oil would have been more effective.
