Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed review This formula has a mildly offensive odor, but I had applied it to my 75- year- old, deeply weathered skin, that had the texture of crepe paper. I then misplaced the tube and forgot about it for about a week, when I realized my arms looked much better... the skin is thicker and more resilient. Please go back to the original formula everyone says did not have a bad odor. Also, you do yourself no favors by having so many different products that overlap in purpose, and confuse consumers. Henry Ford and Elon Musk both realized that fact early on... Tesla today has a very limited number of cars and paint colors, and is the most successful car maker in the world

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, bad packaging I swim regularly and my skin was getting dried out. I tried this cream and it works really well. There is one major drawback, however, and that is that it is labeled - and, more to the point, packaged - as a lotion, which it is not. It is a cream. The difference is this: a lotion is liquid and flows, a cream does not. This cream is packaged in a bottle as a lotion with a pump. To say that the pump works poorly with a cream is an understatement. Three of the first four bottles I bought had the pumps fail immediately. Further, if the pump does work, when it stops producing cream there is still as much as 15 percent of the bottle left, which can't get pumped because it doesn't flow. Because I like the cream, I do a simple hack: I take a new bottle, cut doors into the side with a razor knife, scoop all of the cream out with a spoon, and put it into a wide-mouth, one-pint Mason jar, from which it is easily scooped with fingers. I never used this product with the original formula to which other comments refer. I'm OK with this formulation, but I wish they would package it appropriately and not deny reality and present it as something that it isn't. The product is fine, they just need to call it a cream, which it is, and package it as a cream and not as a't.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product change? Been using the milk and honey lotion for years. I loved it, nice smell, but not strong, skin absorbed it well, non greasy. I just bought a new bottle a couple of months ago and the lotion appears to have changed. It smells strongly of plastic? Or something not anything like how it used to smell. The consistency appears to be the same but with such a strong chemical smell I don’t even want to put this on. I know that years ago the lip balm ingredients changed, It’s seems that perhaps the lotion did too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smooth and soft skin even after swimming pool Honestly, never regularly used a body lotion before because I always thought they were useless, and smelly, and sticky. But I started going to a public swimming pool and all this chlorine makes my skin suuupeeeer dry. I had a tester of this body lotion from some gift pack and it exceeded all my expectations. First off, it actually works! It absorbs really quickly, has a very subtle scent, but most importantly, it keeps my skin soft and smooth for the whole week until I go to the swimming pool again. This is hands down the best body lotion I'eve ever tried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible smell I could only bring myself to use this once because the smell was so bad. Very disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SICKENING SMELL I love ‘Burt’s Bees’ products but I cannot stand the smell of this cream. I found it odd because it says all natural etc. I assumed it would smell sweet hence “Milk and Honey” but the smell is just sweet in a sickening way. It’s not sweet like honey, or anything I’d normally like. I only put product on my hands, thank goodness. It feels ok, but I suggest smelling product before buying. Hopefully they redo the scent.
