Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cream, frustrating cream container Very thick cream through the tube packaging is very hard when you're at the last bit of the cream, so much loss of product!! But works great on my baby's diaper rash. We apply it after every diaper change (after cleaning skin) and it helped keep the rash from having the skin open

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It’s great but packaging … It’s a great cream, but I could barely squeeze it out of the tube. It really should be in a container. It’s so thick! PLEASE PLEASE MANUFACTURERS SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS! I can’t squeeze out. I have to use a toothpick or skewer stick to scoop out ..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing cream - terrible packaging This cream really works like a dream. If your LO has a diaper rash, buy it. Burt’s Bees, PLEASE take the consumers feedback into consideration and come out with better packaging. It’s next to impossible to squeeze the last 20% out of the tube. I can’t imagine how it would be if you had difficulties with your hands or arthritis. I dread changing diapers even more than usual when I’m low on the product. Packaging similar to the multipurpose ointment would be far superior.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this diaper cream but wasteful Love this diaper cream but feel awful about the environment with each tube I throw out. Please make an option for a larger size with recyclable container

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love - but needs different packaging Love the product, but as other reviewers mentioned it the tubing it comes in is so wasteful. We trying to "go green" and I am having trouble justifying buying this when you can't get the last 10% of the cream out and it is so small, meaning we are constantly throwing out the plastic tube. Wish it came in a jar or there was a larger size. On the other hand, it works really well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great, can't use like 20% of it This product is so good and this packaging is so wasteful. I would pay 10x for a tub only 5x this size, just to eliminate the stress of trying to get the last bit of paste out of the tube. Is the problem that in a tub it will separate too much? I would still prefer the tub. Unfortunately I'm going to buy a tub from a medical conglomerate with worse ingredients instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The ONLY brand we use!! This quickly became our favourite when we had our first baby in May 2021. This cream not only treats, it also prevents diaper rash. I was traveling solo with our infant from BC to ON and I used a different natural brand because the tube was slightly smaller and it came out of the tube with ease — bad choice! I had to make a stop at the drug store only four days in because my baby developed a rash due to the hot and muggy weather in ON . Only two days after using Burts Bees again and the rash was GONE. We LOVE this product and I actually have it on auto ship from amazon now so we’ll never run out!!
