Rated 1 out of 5 by from Recipe Changed I've been buying burts bees for years and they changed their recipe a few years ago from cera alba beeswax to "natural origin" beeswax. The natural origin makes my lips even drier (and based on their reviews, it happens to a lot of people). I noticed the change 2 or 3 years ago but the coconut pear flavor never changed. Sadly, they finally did make the change to this flavor too and it's just as bad as the rest of their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hard to find Coconut and pear is my absolute favorite. It is so hard to find in stores anymore. I wish they could ramp up production on this one. When I go to the store I see a million of the other ones, but never any Coconut and pear. It sucks. And the website is not very well stocked either to be out of multipacks all the time. Please make more of them!! Everybody wants this one more than any of the other ones.

Actually this was my first chapstick ever and now I’m collecting all of your chapsticks! This lasts for like 2hrs and it looks like a gloss! ❤️

Been using it for a week now and already see the difference. Moisturized and soft. I love it. My daughter is always looking for it to put some on. She’s 2

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was the recipe Changed? Been using Burt’s Bees products for over 10 years. Started using Coconut and Pear about 2-3 years ago. Recently, in the last few months, every Coconut and Pear that I buy seems off, it’s definitely different as I had an older one to compare it to. @Burtsbees, was this recipe/formula changed recently? If not, you definitely received some bad ingredients or made up some bad batches. Sad and disappointing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I don’t know what ingredient they use for the scent but I’m pretty sure it caused an allergic reaction. I couldn’t believe it was the lip balm as I have never reacted even to cheap lip products so I kept using it. Big mistake my lips got so raw and I should have known as when I put it on there was a mild stinging which I ignored. I bought a pack of 2 which was quite expensive for the tiny tubes and I’m too scared to even try the other one so will throw them both out. What a waste of money especially as I decided to try a more natural brand thinking it would be more gentle and good for my skin. Will stick to Vaseline lip products cheap and doesn’t give me any reaction
