Now, with the cracks, the lids don’t stay on snugly. Your Quality Control folks need to take a look at this and rectify. Thanks.

It is not nearly as good. It is not as effective, requires more frequent applications, and tastes different. I have used this for decades and am very sad that Burt’s Bees Original Lip Balm no longer exists,. Why was it changed? Was it to make more profit?

Now, it is too greasy, stings my lips, and it's still expensive like all the rest. Please bring back the original formula or I'm going to have to start the painful process of finding a new chapstick.
