Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new caps- almost enough to change balm I have been using Burt's Bees lip balm, just the original, for years and years. I don't use anything else. And yet, the new thinner caps (that crack SO EASILY) are so frustrating that I'm thinking about looking for another staple lip balm. I don't know why Burt's Bees would do this. The caps crack right off the bat, get worse as time goes on, until they literally won't stay on the balm. It makes them unusable, which is just unacceptable for a product that you pay top dollar for. PLEASE bring back caps that don't break so I can keep using your product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 50/50 So this lip balm is fine i guess ive used it for a few years and its ok its moisturizing. It does what its supposed to but it is slightly dry on the lips and kinda sticky.

The ingredient list is exactly the same. I don't care about the packaging changes, but to mess with the formula is unforgivable.

Been using this for 10+ years and was loving it, but the new formula is causing the lips to be drier than before applying, and also a painful allergic reaction to the lips and near mouth area. It’s causing tingling, swelling, red inflammation, super dryness. Tried switching to a brand new stick from the Costco pack, same thing: it kept deteriorating. Had to stop using it and switch over to other brands for it to slowly resolve. A month later now, tried a brand new stick again and bam! All the bad symptoms flared up right away again. I guess I’m permanently switching to other brands.
