The cap is so thin and flimsy and the edges of the tube are sharp! You have to make sure the product is turned up far above the tube to avoid scratching your lips and the cap is so easily cracked. Please return to your old packaging!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Alexx68H from Love the lip balm, hate the new package lids! I have been using Beeswax lip balm with Vitamin E and Peppermint oil for at least 15 years. The latest 3-pack that I purchased had noticeably thinner lids that have all since cracked, leaving the product covered in lint or pocket debris. I tried to use a lid from an older tube, but of course it didn't fit. I bought a single balm, but same thing - the lid is already split! Is this just another example of a company trying to save a cent or two on a cheaper product? Please bring back the traditional sturdy pocket-friendly packaging or I will have to find a new lip balm. Normally I would rate the lip balm a 5-star product as I love it, but the cap is a deal breaker. I can't currently recommend it.
