I tend to be allergic to scents and shea and nearly every other type of towelette, so I was so very happy with this in a very stressful time. The towelettes are also the perfect size for their use. Not so big as to be wasteful, not so small as to be useless.

But this new version is definitely a no-go for me. As soon as I took the first one out of this newer 2020 pack I noticed the smell was off and it wasn't pleasant at all. Next I noticed that they are not as wet and the previous version. Lastly, while I appreciate that they are using repurposed cotton from t-shirts, I can't get passed the black and multicolor flecks on the towelette. Again I think it is great they are using repurposed cotton, but when I am using something to clean my face and it has the appearance what looks like dirt flecks (I realize it is the t-shirt), it just isn't something that I want put on my face. I really hope you make changes to the current version. I really don't want to switch brands. I use a number of your products and they are all great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Whydoihavetomakeanickname from Terrible product I've been using this a few weeks and it kind of stings when I use it. A week ago my nose started hurting and a week later now my eye feels like its been punched. This is the only new product I brought to the arsenal and my sinuses by my eye are either allergic reaction or infected from these wipes. I should have stopped using them when they stung but it says right on the package removes makeup. So irritating. Won't ever buy another Burts bees product again. It causes fever for a day it got that bad. This definitely hurts.
