Thought it was because best before was April 2024. So bought a new one today, best before 2025 and it is the same thing. Dry and can barely apply it.

Magnolia used to be my favourite - a natural looking touch of colour - but I the last time I bought a new one not only had the packaging changed, the whole colour/look of the product had changed. The colour was more shimmery and a bit lighter. Not at all nature looking, which is what I liked about it.
